| Tentative Booking | You may contact us to hold a tentative booking (dates and anticipated numbers needed) until a contract is signed. If prior to you signing a contract another group wishes to book the same date and we cannot accommodate both groups, you will be contacted and given a chance for first refusal. |
| Reservation | To guarantee a particular reservation date, a 50% non-refundable deposit for each reserved participant is needed at the time of booking. |
| Final Count | A final count of participants is due seven days prior to hike date for all groups. You will be charged an additional non-refundable deposit for the final count of participants (above the number at reservation date) on the day of final count. We guarantee transportation and guides to cover the final count. If we can accommodate additional clients added after the final count date we will do so at the same price per person. |
| Payment | The remaining balance will be charged at least one day prior to the hike. Note: Payment is due prior to day of the hike (no exceptions). |
| Cancellation | If you choose to cancel for any reason after the full balance has been charged, you will forfeit the non-refundable deposit and we will apply the remaining balance to a future hike. However, if you cancel after we had to deny others who wanted to book for the same day, no refund towards future hikes will be available. |
| Weather |
We do not guarantee the weather or refund money if you cancel due to weather. Day Hikes: If we determine that the weather is unacceptable to offer a outside activity due to safety concerns, our company will offer your choice of:
Backpacking Hikes: If we determine prior to or during a backpacking hike that the hike must be cancelled or schedule altered for any reasons, we will attempt to offer alternative activities on a case-by-case basis. |
| Dietary Restrictions | We cannot be responsible for undisclosed dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, if you do not let us know until the day of your hike, we cannot change the menu. You must let us know of any and all dietary restrictions at the time of booking or final count. Thank you for understanding this practical requirement. We just need some lead time to accommodate all of your needs so that your whole group has a great, worry-free hike. |
